  First when you go in they are wonderful. Then when you have to go back story changes. I was told "free tablet" was free other than the 3 dollars in taxes. Got my bill....40 dollars. I double checked 10 times to make sure it was free when I got it at the same time I got my daughter's phone. Today I go I and they say it's an activation fee. I asked about that and was repeatedly told nope completely free. They just see people as a dollar amount. They also spend mite time talking to their own friends then waiting I the line that's forming.
